CXO Couriers - Chief for Quality, Speed & Cost
CXO Couriers offers a range of delivery services across the UK to meet your needs and suit your budget. 

Whilst we specialise in time-critical Urgent, Same-day and Next-day delivery services, we also provide a Scheduled Economy service and Dedicated Drivers for when large volumes need to be despatched. 

We provide real-time Track & Trace for all our deliveries for both Account and Non-Account Customers.

Additionally, for Account Customers, we offer discounted rates and specialised account services eg MIPerformance Reporting, etc. 

A summary of our services is below. 

Urgent & Same-day Direct
For those urgent, time-critical deliveries, we offer both an Urgent and Same-day Direct service. 
 
Goods are collected and delivered according to your timescales. 

Journeys are tracked from collection to delivery in real-time.

Proof of Delivery is captured electronically and on paper and emailed to customers immediately upon completion.

Next-day Direct
For goods which need to be at your client's tomorrow, we offer a slightly cheaper Next-day Direct service with all the benefits of a Same-day service.  

Goods will be collected and delivered according to your stipulated timescales (latest collection time and latest delivery time).
 Scheduled Economy
Want to pre-book or schedule a regular delivery? 

Our Scheduled Economy service allows for economical rates for delivery and can be pre-booked up to 28 days in advance.

This service is particularly favoured by Account Customers.

Dedicated Driver
Do you have many deliveries to make? 

The most economical service we offer is our Dedicated Driver service, providing you with a Driver and Vehicle for the day, week or for how-ever long you need and on a one-off or regular basis. 

Drivers are experienced in multi-drop and follow your procedures whilst providing you with the professionalism, tracking and PODs you expect from our premium services.

Account Services
We offer Account Services to both Business and non-Business customers. 

Account Customers benefit from additional discounts on our services in return for regular custom. 

Account Customers also benefit from dedicated customer service, have their own log-in to the Customer Portal where they have the option to:
- manage their own contacts and address book, 
- schedule deliveries, 
- utilise repeat booking tool for regular collection/deliveries
- select vehicle and driver,
- print Delivery Notes
- print Labels
- obtain & forward Track & Trace ID,
- track deliveries, 
- view, download & print PODs & electronic signatures
- view their account history, and 
-pay invoices.

Account customers can also arrange for additional MI and Performance Reporting for deliveries and customers. 

Account Customers can choose to operate on a pay-as-you-go basis (we offer 30 days grace post invoice for payment) or, if eligible, be invoiced at the end of the month, again on 30 day payment terms.
Special
Some deliveries need that little bit extra and are therefore Special.

If your goods require secure handling, additional insurance, delicate treatment or need to be temperature controlled, this can be accommodated. 

Wait & Return services and Aviation & AOG services also fall in this category.

Please note that we as yet do not transport hazardous goods
